READY*MADE ORDERING TERMS
We try to make your shopping experience a breeze by creating a quick and efficient ordering process, and by accepting all major credit cards.
To place an order online:
Browse through any department by clicking on a link such as ‘greeting cards’ or ‘giftwrap’. When you see an item you like, click on “add to cart” and continue shopping. After you’ve made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on “checkout” to finish.
To place a phone order:
Call 434-977-8733, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.
To place a mail order:

Order confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.

Little Tree Press uses all of the most current Internet security to keep your information secure. If you are uncomfortable trusting your personal data on the Internet, please call 434-977-8733 or print out your selections in your shopping basket and mail it to the address listed above.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Sales tax:
We collect 5% sales tax on orders shipped inside Virginia. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside Virginia.
Shipping:
We ship at the flat rate of $10.75 per order. We make every effort to get your order out the door within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, so keep that in mind when selecting your shipping method. If your item of choice is out-of-stock, we’ll get in touch via email upon receiving your order.
Returns and exchanges:
Little Tree Press does not accept returns. However, we will accept exchanges on items that are in their original packaging and in resale condition.
To check your order status:
If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on “my account,” signing in, then selecting “Order History.” To check on the status of any other order, call 434-977-8733 from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday or email us at sales@littletreepress.com.
